Food is good and reasonable. The staff is helpful. Lemongrass Fried Tofu is our "go to"."
Always great. Service is just the right amount of non hovering and helpful. I almost wish I could complain about the price, but my goodness is the food so worth it.

My husband and I had dinner last night at Simmer's. It was a very positive experience. The wait staff was exceptional,even though, very young, they were professional, caring and contribute to providing a wonderful time for their customers.

I used to live in San Jose and thought I can't find better pho anywhere else. I'm so glad I was wrong! I've found the best pho right here. Not only the broth is tasty and didn't leave my mouth dry that need water all day, all the meats are cooked perfectly. The even better part is they are not stingy on meats! I always feel I'm full on the proteins, not the noodles.
They have the best egg rolls and spring roll too. I wish I had a bigger vocabulary to describe how good it is! It's that good.
I recently moved here from the peninsula so I'm glad to see that there's a decent place for Vietnamese food in Petaluma. I grew up with my family's Vietnamese cooking and have eaten at many Vietnamese spots in the bay area including the best in San Jose so I know my pho, bun (vermicelli) and com (rice) dishes.
First off, the servers were very friendly and prompt. They quickly got us what we needed and were attentive. We tried the combination pho, egg roll vermicelli and BBQ pork rice plate. The pho came in only one size and it was quite large, would be nice to have the option of medium or large. They were generous with the meat but the broth was lacking the depth of a solid beef bone broth. It tasted a little watered down and sweet. The egg roll bun was large, with 4 rolls. The sauce was a tad bit sweet as well. The BBQ pork was flavorful although a bit salty. Their rice was yummy, like a long grain sticky rice.
They do charge for hot tea, which seems to be the norm up here. Seating and interior was comfy. Solid option for Vietnamese food if you're in the area!
My go to restaurant after a night out or just for a good soup. I love ordering pho and my favorite BBQ pork spring rolls ... staff are always attentive and helpful...
We were in the area and decided to try this restaurant because of the consistent high ratings on Yelp. It was 93 degrees outside and their front doors were wide open and a/c wasn't working. There were several tables of people eating a late lunch so we decided to stay. We ordered the Vermicelli Bowl with egg rolls and Bird Nest with beef. Our servings were generous and oh so delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful. The servers are awesome, very friendly and attentive. Even though it was abnormally hot inside the restaurant, the servers were cheerful and stopped by several times to check on us and refill our water. They add a slice of cucumber in your ice water which was a refreshing addition. Can't wait to return when the a/c is working.

This place is always amazing coming from a Vietnamese American myself. The food is very authentic growing up. I would always eat Vietnamese food and this spot gives me a home cooked feel. I come here a lot on Sundays. It is my favorite spot. I get the Thai tea, and the food is very fast and great service. You won't be disappointed coming here.
